1. We will check drawings and building specifications to ensure that all necessary details are included and that they reflect your requirements.

2. We will issue either a detailed Bill of Quantities or a more simple Pricing Document - depending on the scale of the project - to ensure that like-for-like tenders are returned by contractors.

3. We will check returned tenders for errors, omissions and qualifications, before issuing a report on tenders and providing our recommendations.
