In consultation with your design team we as Project Managers will ensure that any contractor invited to tender for your project is suitably qualified and experienced. We will make sure that they have successfully completed simillar projects and are on a sound financial footing. Only then will we invite them to tender.

In doing so:

1. We will check drawings and building specifications to ensure that all necessary detail is included and that they reflect your requirements.

2. We will field and answer all queries from contractors during the tender process.

3. We will issue either a BIll of Quantities or a Pricing Document - depending on the size of your project - to ensure that like-for-like tenders are returned by contractors.

4. Once tenders are returned we will analyse them in detail for errors, omissions and qualifications. We will then issue our report and our recommendations.
