During the construction phase we will take on the role of Project Leader. As such we will act as your first point of contact for any queries. And though we can't assume responsibility for all issues that might arise, we will make sure that each party to the contract has a clear understanding of their individual role and their responsibilities to you the client.

During this phase we will carry out all the duties required of a Quantity Surveyor. These include issuing recommendations for payment to the contractor, agreeing payments for additional works and agreeing a final account. We will also provide you with regular cost reports as the works progress.
