Contracts & Insurance

The Contract:

As your Project Manager we will insist on compiling all contract documentation. As in the case of the tender process our focus will be on ensuring that the signed contract documents reflect exactly the finished product you require.

Works Programme:

As a matter of course we will require the contractor to provide a works programme in the form of a bar chart showing a proposed construction timetable. This chart can be reviewed as and when work progresses, ensuring the project completion date is adhered to. The chart will also help project cash-flow requirements during the build phase. 

Insurances:

As Project Manager we will ensure that your contractor and other professional parties involved in your project carry the appropriate insurance. We can also advise you on other insurance schemes such as Premier Guarantee and Home Bond.
