Client brief

For any architect a good brief is essential. The more the architect can learn of a client's requirements the more accurately he or she can translate them into a real design.

However, while conveying these requirements is one very important part of a good brief, another involves ensuring you have the budget to realise them. And this can be a lot harder to determine, especially if you have no practical knowledge of the construction industry. In fact, all too often, a client issues a brief only to discover as late as tender stage that they simply cannot afford the building.

As Project Managers we will work with you to refine your brief prior to sitting down and discussing it with your architect. Importantly we will provide that essential financial element from the outset, ensuring you get no nasty - and potentially project-halting - surprises later.
